We handle passports, identity details, and company records. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Who we are and scope

This website is operated by PT Today Consultant, Jalan Plawa Gang Ratna No. 17, Kelurahan Seminyak, Kec. Kuta, Badung, Bali 80361 (“Today Consultant”, “we”, “us”). This policy applies to this website and to personal data you send us through the intake form, email, or WhatsApp. We process personal data in line with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection and, where relevant to overseas clients, general international data protection principles.

2. Information we collect

  • Intake form data: full name, email address, WhatsApp number, country or city of origin, practice area, and the case details you choose to write.
  • Engagement documents (after you hire us): passport copies, visa and stay permit records, company deeds, tax numbers, and supporting documents required by the relevant authority.
  • Technical data: basic device and browser information and pages visited, collected to keep the website working and secure.

Please do not send sensitive documents through the website form. We will request them through a secure channel once an engagement starts.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
  • To prepare and lodge applications with Immigration, the Ministry of Law, BKPM/OSS, tax offices, and notaries on your behalf.
  • To meet legal, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations.
  • To improve the website and our service quality.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

4. Sharing and third parties

We share data only when it is needed to deliver the service you requested:

  • Government authorities and notaries involved in your application.
  • Form delivery provider (Web3Forms) that transmits your intake form to our team by email.
  • WhatsApp if you choose to continue the conversation there; WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply.
  • Map and font providers that may receive technical data such as your IP address when their content loads.
  • Professional advisers bound by confidentiality, and authorities when we are legally required to disclose.

5. Retention and security

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for a limited period for follow-up and then deleted. Engagement files are kept for the period required by Indonesian accounting, tax, and corporate law. We limit access to authorised staff and use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No online transmission is completely secure, so please share only what is necessary.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, or to object to certain processing. Send your request to tudelegalgroup@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity first and may keep data we are legally required to retain.
